About us
The composition of our team allows us to communicate with you in German, French, Italian, and English. We look forward to hearing from you for further information. Meetings and consultations can also be held via video call (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Fee
Our fee for our services is calculated in accordance with the recommendations of the Lawyers’ Association. As a rule, billing is based on the number of hours worked on each case, with the average hourly rate ranging from CHF 250.- to CHF 400.-.
The specific fee is determined based on the complexity and significance of the matter, as well as the client’s personal and financial circumstances. We would be happy to discuss this with you during an initial consultation and, if we accept the case, enter into a fee agreement with you.
Individuals who do not have sufficient financial means to pay court and attorney fees are entitled to have those costs covered by the state in court or administrative proceedings. The court or the authority hearing the case will determine whether you are eligible for legal aid. We will file the necessary application on your behalf.
We operate throughout Switzerland and have an extensive network of contacts both domestically and internationally, who are available to assist us in handling your cases. We also collaborate with specialists in related fields whom we can consult as needed—this also applies to notarial matters.
